You can't reach the front desk - even from your room!!! ALL calls to the Rio are routed to their offshore call center!!!! I was on the 20th floor where you need to use your room key to activate the button for 20 in the elevators. The property is worn out, they are WAAAAY understaffed and there is no such thing as customer service at the Rio. While the Rio used to be one of the best properties in Las Vegas it has descended so low that calling it a dump is an insult to dumps universally.
